Energia Consulting LLC was founded in 2022 to support efforts to increase energy security and eliminate energy poverty through advanced technology research—especially government-funded research.

Since its founding, both mission and vision have expanded to include  identifying innovative solutions related to non-research activities. 

Energia Consulting LLC utilizes the decades of oil and gas experience of  Founder and President Elena Melchert. Specifically, experience identifying, choosing and investing in novel, innovative, and cutting-edge technology through a highly transparent and competitive process is one thing that makes Energia Consulting LLC unique. 

Funding energy-related  technology research and development is highly competitive and Energia Consulting understands how to make funding proposals stand out in this competitive environment.
